nocturne et pour d\u00e9fendre le corps contre les infections,<\/li><li>vitamine B2 pour maintenir la peau et les yeux en bonne sant\u00e9,<\/li><li>vitamine B5 aide \u00e0 produire le sang qui sert \u00e0 amener l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans ton corps,<\/li><li>vitamine B6 pour que ton corps puisse se r\u00e9parer, pour que ta peau redevienne comme avant apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9,<\/li><li>vitamine C pour la croissance et la consolidation de tes os, tes gencives et tes dents,<\/li><li>le fer est tr\u00e8s important pour que tu ne te sentes pas fatigu\u00e9, que l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne arrive bien vers tes muscles qui peuvent alors lib\u00e9rer leur \u00e9nergie,<\/li><li>le calcium est essentiel pour que les nerfs et les muscles fonctionnent normalement\u00a0: les nerfs pour que tu aies des sensations (chaud, froid, mal, douceur) et les muscles pour que tu puisses bouger. Plus tu descends la pyramide, plus les aliments sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 ton corps et donc, plus il faut en manger.<\/p><p>Quand tu choisiras le menu pour le repas, tu feras bien attention qu\u2019il y ait des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, du pain ou un f\u00e9culent (riz, p\u00e2tes, pommes de terre), des l\u00e9gumes et des fruits, un produit laitier et une viande ou un poisson ou un \u0153uf
