Il faut un repas calorifique pour faire le plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie, lutter contre le froid\u00a0; des repas bien chauds et pris tranquillement.<\/p><h3 class=\"spip\">Des activit\u00e9s o\u00f9 l\u2019on \u00ab\u00a0bouge\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3><p>Ce n\u2019est pas le moment de rester inactifs toute la journ\u00e9e\u00a0! B\u00e2tissez votre week-end en fonction de cela\u00a0; avec 4-5 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 marcher ensemble avant d\u2019arriver sur le lieu, \u00e7a r\u00e9chauffe\u00a0!<br class=\"manualbr\" \/>D\u00e8s l\u2019arriv\u00e9e\u00a0: une bonne r\u00e9serve de bois et on monte un feu qui durera tout le week-end. Pourquoi pas un feu avec r\u00e9flecteur pour chauffer la tente\u00a0?<br class=\"manualbr\" \/>Quelques conseils de bon sens pour passer une nuit au chaud\u00a0: mettre sur le tapis de sol des feuilles de papier journal (cela absorbe l\u2019humidit\u00e9), par-dessus \u00e9taler le poncho de pluie, \u00e9taler \u00e9galement les v\u00eatements, bien \u00e0 plat, par-dessus, mettre le tapis de sol (un conseil\u00a0: les tapis de sol auto-gonflants sont tr\u00e8s pratiques et bien isolants. Inconv\u00e9nient\u00a0? le prix), bien secouer le duvet pour lui donner tout son volume, et l\u2019entourer de la couverture, le sac \u00e0 dos est vide\u00a0? on peut glisser les jambes dedans avec le duvet.<br class=\"manualbr\" \/>\u00c0 la veill\u00e9e,on peut \u00e9galement mettre une pierre non friable ou une brique \u00e0 chauffer dans les braises puis enlever les r\u00e9sidus de braise, l\u2019envelopper d\u2019un torchon et la glisser au fond du duvet. Il faut \u00e9galement se changer compl\u00e8tement pour dormir, et ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 avoir bonnet, \u00e9charpe et chaussettes de nuit\u00a0; mais surtout rien de serr\u00e9\u00a0: que la circulation se fasse bien.<br class=\"manualbr\" \/>Il faut ensuite s\u2019isoler du sol le plus possible (cartons, journaux\u2026).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019hiver commence \u00e0 s\u2019installer.
