Le risque de maladie li\u00e9 \u00e0 la morsure de tique<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Les tiques transmettent par leur morsure la maladie de Lyme pour laquelle il n\u2019existe pas de pr\u00e9vention.
En cas de doute \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une morsure (fi\u00e8vre, douleurs articulaires, fatigue et maux de t\u00eate), consulter un m\u00e9decin qui prescrira un traitement adapt\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter d\u2019autres complications.<\/p>

Les tiques transmettent aussi la m\u00e9ningoenc\u00e9phalite \u00e0 tiques (MET), maladie virale rare en France. La zone d\u2019end\u00e9mie se situe en Europe (Autriche, Allemagne, Suisse, pays de l\u2019Est et nordiques, Russie) mais aussi en Alsace, dans la r\u00e9gion des Vosges.<\/p>

Cette maladie se manifeste par un syndrome pseudo-grippal (forte fi\u00e8vre) pendant quelques jours. Pour 1\/3 des personnes infect\u00e9es, une hospitalisation de trois semaines est n\u00e9cessaires.
Les cons\u00e9quences sont d\u2019ordre neurologique. Pour la MET, un vaccin existe\u00a0: Tico Vac.<\/p>

Il faut, pour ne pas avoir \u00e0 les retirer, bien choisir l\u2019implantation de son bivouac ou de sa zone de jeux. Lorsque le risque est important, il incombe \u00e0 chacun de s\u2019examiner mutuellement et quotidiennement, surtout au niveau des plis de la peau (aine, aisselles, nombril, etc\u2026).<\/p>

D\u00e8s qu\u2019apparaissent des d\u00e9mangeaisons, ou une fois la piq\u00fbre localis\u00e9e, proc\u00e9der au retrait de la tique au moyen d\u2019une pince Tire-Tic\u00ae (en vente en pharmacie) ou O\u2019Tom\u00ae (r\u00e9seau v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire)\u00a0:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1.<\/strong>\u00a0Il suffit d\u2019enserrer la tique entre les deux m\u00e2choires de la pince,
tourner alors dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d\u2019une montre, puis retirer la tique en veillant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ne retombe par sur une autre partie du corps de l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9.<\/p>

2<\/strong>. Nettoyer et d\u00e9sinfecter la plaie en s\u2019assurant qu\u2019aucun r\u00e9sidu n\u2019est rest\u00e9 sous la peau.<\/p>

3<\/strong>. Marquer l\u2019emplacement de la piq\u00fbre au stylo bic afin de faciliter la surveillance durant les jours qui suivent.<\/p>
